WHAT TO EXPECT
A 50-minute core-focused, full-body workout to challenge your deepest abdominals and unused muscles. Expect strenuous movement to sculpt, build strength and enhance mobility. I will begin with prayer, the Bible will be open, and scripture will be read. Expect biblical affirmations and/or a short devotional. Christian/edifying music only. Let's get sweaty, worship Jesus and celebrate His blessing of movement.
