Holy Pesci Pilates is a Christian-based studio featuring small-group mat Pilates classes; a core-focused, full-body workout to challenge your deepest abdominals and unused muscles. Expect strenuous movement to sculpt, build strength and enhance mobility. Class options include Holy Pilates classes and regular Pilates classes. This is a traveling studio with multiple group mat locations.

Holy classes include a self-authored reflection piece on a Bible verse, prayer and Christian/edifying music only. A community for movement, fellowship and worship. Women-only classes.

Smolder Pilates classes have no Christian message - just intentional movement, heavier weights and peaceful vibes. Expect a full-body burn. Music includes an edifying mix of genres, remixes and generational classics to make you feel strong & groovy. Co-ed/men welcome.
